About Embrace Evenings

Every Monday 6:30-8pm

At EMBRACE, we believe in taking a holistic approach to trauma support. These sessions are laid back, friendly sessions in which we explore the reality of living with the impacts of ACEs. We supply light refreshments & welcome any person at any stage of their journey. You will always meet a friendly face & a welcoming group.

Open sessions for anyone that identifies as having a difficult childhood

Monday evenings are open sessions for anyone. If you are aged 25 or under you should attend our protected group made specifically for young people. Click below to find out more.
