Protected space for young people

Join us each Tuesday 4-5:30pm

Every Tuesday we open The Forge to welcome people aged 25 & under to discuss the impacts of childhood trauma. It is an opportunity to meet people in the same position, build a community & discuss help that is available. We also provide dinner & drinks. Always free & you can access it as little or as much as you want.

Where are we?

I don't think my ACEs are affecting me. Why bother?

Move at your own pace

It's your life & it's absolutely your choice to come along or  not.

We know that it's not an upbeat or fun idea to explore trauma, especially when you're young, but don't  write it off without trying it first. We can do everything at a pace that you are comfortable with &, if nothing else, you can meet friendly faces, have some dinner & get access to resources you may want to use further down the line.
